Welcome to UrbanSeedLab ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are applicable to your use of our yacht charter services, as well as the website found at urbanseedlab.site (the "Service"), which is run by UrbanSeedLab.

When you make a reservation or utilize our Service, you consent to these Terms. You are not permitted to use the Service if you do not agree with any segment of these terms.

2. Service Overview

UrbanSeedLab offers luxury yacht charter services that include, among others:

• Exclusive yacht hires for the day
• Evening sails
• Business getaways
• Personalized occasions
• Extended charters

Our services are based on availability and weather conditions. We hold the right to modify or cancel services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you should:

• Be a minimum of 18 years old
• Supply precise and comprehensive details
• Remit the necessary deposit as indicated in the booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

We only confirm your reservation following the processing of your payment and our issuance of written confirmation. We reserve the option to deny service to anyone as we see fit.

3.3 Availability

All charters depend on the accessibility of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We will strive to accommodate your desired dates and times as best we can.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are provided in € and comprise all applicable taxes unless declared differently. Prices are liable to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the full cost of the charter, payable at the time of reservation
• Final Payment: Must be made 48 hours before the commencement of the charter
• Extra charges (if any): Payable upon the conclusive end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, wire transfers, and bank-certified checks. Payments are processed using secure and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before departure: A full refund minus transaction fees
• Cancellation 24 to 72 hours in advance of departure: Half of the amount is refundable
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: No refunds are provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain deems the weather conditions unsafe, we will propose either to:

• Reschedule the charter at no extra cost to the next suitable date
• Issue a complete refund if no rescheduling is feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be any mechanical problems with the assigned yacht, we will make an effort to arrange an equivalent alternative. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

• Heed all directives from the crew
• Utilize safety gear as needed
• Inform of any medical conditions that may influence their safety
• Stay within the vessel's assigned areas

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on board:

• Glass containers
• Illicit substances
• Firearms or other weapons
• Excess consumption items
• Pets, unless with prior approval

6.3 Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully. We have the authority to terminate a charter without a refund if a passenger's actions create a safety hazard or disturb other guests.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability to you is confined to the sum you paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:

• Injuries resulting from your negligence
• Theft or destruction of personal possessions
• Indirect or punitive losses, or subsequent damages
• Delays caused by weather or incidents beyond our authority

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We carry comprehensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. It is your responsibility to ensure your own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our yacht services, you recognize that marine activities involve risks and you agree to take responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the right to alter itineraries, pathways, or timetables in response to weather conditions, safety needs, or for operational motives. We will make concerted attempts to deliver comparable alternate experiences.

9. Force Majeure

We are not held liable for hold-ups, cancellations, or changes caused by happenings beyond our control, which may include, but are not confined to:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural calamities
• Governmental directives
• Port shutdowns
• Mechanical breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private information is processed as per our Privacy Policy. By employing our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Our website's content is safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to replicate, distribute, or construct derivative works without our explicit consent.

12. Governing Law

The laws in Monaco are the ones governing these Terms, with legal issues being settled in the courts of Monaco, Monaco.

13. Changes to Terms
